In order to make learning better, we will need a good teacher. A good teacher needs three essential traits: being knowledgeable, flexible and humane.
First of all, teachers should have learned the subject well enough to explain and effective ways of learning it, let alone ways of teaching. Needless to say, this is the most important thing. Also, they should always study new skills and methods to help the novice learners to understand the subject. This will make their lessons more attractive.
In addition, teachers should respond flexibly to such learners’ needs to improve their own skills as much as possible. Their academic goals are different from each other. Teachers also should keep in mind that there are many learners of different academic achievements. They should sometimes change the way of teaching to help learners understand the subject clearly.
Lastly, teachers should be friendly with learners. For example, teachers will sometimes see some learners who may not understand what the teachers say. They should cope with the problem positively with the learners. Moreover, they should give the learners some helpful advice if the learners need.
The world is changing day by day. It means something that is new or okay may be too old or not okay in the near future. Therefore, I think, teachers should have those three qualities.
